
Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tiny apple
1 / 2 cup oat flakes
3 dates
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
milk or rice- / almond- /
oat- / soy drink
water
roasted sunflower seets
as a topping
How to prepare:
- Cut the apple in tiny pieces, roast them in
coconut oil in a small pot.
- Add the oat flakes and roast it together.
- Add a cup of water, the salt, sugar and
cinnamon and let it boil up for a short moment.
- Stir it. Put the heat down and let it soak for
some minutes.
- Then add a bit of your favourite kind of milk
until it gets a nice texture.
- Cut the dates in pices and use them as a
topping together with your sunflower seets.
- You can also serve it with a bit of apple sauce...

Cashew – Avocado – Rice

Ingredients:
200 g's basmati rice
1 / 4 tsp coriander seets
1 / 4 tsp curcuma
1 / 4 tsp cardamom
salt
1 tsp butter
1 – 2 avocados
3 – 4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp provencal herbs
juice of 1 / 4 lemon
cashew nuts
How to prepare:
- Wash the rice until the water runs clear.
- Season it with coriander seets, curcuma and cardamom and cook it 15 mins.
- Drain it and mix it with butter and salt.
- Roast the cashew nuts.
- Cut the avocado in two pieces, leach the pit and the pulp of the fruit.
- Put the pulp in one bowl with lemon juice and the herbs.
- Mix it all together with the rice and the nuts.
- If you like feta, you can combine it with feta as well. It is more substancial.
