
Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tiny apple
1 / 2 cup oat flakes
3 dates
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
milk or rice- / almond- /
oat- / soy drink
water
roasted sunflower seets
as a topping
How to prepare:
- Cut the apple in tiny pieces, roast them in coconut oil in a small pot.
- Add the oat flakes and roast it together.
- Add a cup of water, the salt, sugar and cinnamon and let it boil up for a short moment.
- Stir it. Put the heat down and let it soak for some minutes.
- Then add a bit of your favourite kind of milk until it gets a nice texture.
- Cut the dates in pices and use them as a topping together with your sunflower seets.
- You can also serve it with a bit of apple sauce...
