Some steps to easily fade into the chillax mode

Don’t take life and yourself too serious 

 

Smile and laugh deeply as often as you can. Inside and outside. Travel with your mind to little oasis in daily live - private happy and humble moments just with yourself can be a massive game changer. Focus on good things and memories. Don’t give bad or unpleasant things too much power. Treat yourself like a queen or a king – like your best friend.

    If you have a lot of things to do and you don’t know where to start – ask other people for help. Combine your forces. Nobody has to manage every things alone. To cooperate with friends or other people can be inspiring and the biggest fun. You can share experiences and motivate each other. You can create new energies.. and it’s just half of the work.

Music

Play your favorite music and just enjoy. We all know how intense our senses and feelings react on music. Listen to music that makes you feel happy and switch your mood instantly.

Books

 

Just a few minutes of daily reading (a novel or a nice article) have huge effect on your stress levels. Works amazingly before going to bed. My secret weapon if my mind is too busy in the evening. After a few sites I feel much calmer and I can sleep like a baby afterwards. Btw: i mean books, not social media. Or at least a very low shining and warm colored screen.

Tea

 

Alone the ritual of brewing a tea… So relaxing. And then the taste…. I love it. A tea from time to time can be very calming. In the evening chamomile tea works wonders. Many studies says it helps people sleep better and make depressive feelings disappear.

Having a date with yourself

 

We all know, being Techno is time consuming. Going to parties, going to after and after after parties, recovering, finding music, listening to music, meeting friends, meeting your dealer, going to pre parties. From part to full time raveing, everything is possible. Make sure you occasionally have little time slots just for yourself to recover well. For doing things you enjoy deeply, or just doing nothing – only chillaxing time.

Meditation and autogenic training

Meditation can be a powerful tool to reset the spiral in your mind and to sync your body and your soul.

Sports

 

Soft sports like gymnastics, jogging, yoga... Also team sports – anything you feel like - , walking or cycling instead of taking the bus or the car... All versions of exercises – not to forget sex :) – will help you to calm your mind, to forget the world around you for a moment. Exercises are making you stronger, healthier, happier, improving the quality of your sleep, giving you more endurance and they keep you in shape. How good is that? Start with just a few minutes - after a few times you‘ll feel your gain.
